How to Make a Warranty Claim

Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, WerTool will, at its discretion:

Shipping Costs

  • For approved warranty claims, WerTool may cover the cost of shipping replacement items
  • If the claim is not approved, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer

Limitations
