You may return an item within 30 days from the date of delivery if:

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval (depending on your bank or payment provider)

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or evidence of the issue

We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, WerTool will cover the return shipping costs
  • For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products not in resalable condition

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled but may be returned in accordance with this policy.
